Video game systems need proper caring. I had my PS2 for approximately five years and never had any problems with it before selling it on eBay in late 2008 so I could upgrade to a PS3. Similarly, I’ve never had any problems with the PS3. Actually, I still have a clean and functional Nintendo 64 from 1997. It amazes me how some people need a new PS3 every year because of malfunctioning.

10. Zelda II: The Adventures of Link: NES

Zelda II: The Adventure of Link​ is an action adventure game  developed and published by Nintendo  for the Nintendo Entertainment System, and it is the second installment in The Legend of Zelda video game series. It was originally released in Japan on the Family Computer Disk System less than a year after the release of the original The Legend of Zelda. Nintendo released Zelda II in Japan on January 14, 1987, seven months before the United States saw the release of the first Zelda  title.

Nintendo released Zelda II in North America in 1988, one year after its initial release in Japan, converting the game from its initial Disk System format to the NES cartridge.  The Adventure of Link is a direct sequel to the original The Legend of Zelda, again involving the protagonist, Link, on a quest to save Princess Zelda, who has fallen under a sleeping spell.

The Adventure of Link’s emphasis on side-scrolling and RPG-style elements, however, was a significant departure from its predecessor. The game was highly successful at the time and introduced elements that would become commonplace in future Zelda games. Whether you bought a PS2 or an Xbox had more to do with brand loyalty than it did to do with particular features of the console.

The Nintendo Wii has, in many ways, changed things. Sure, there are those who will purchase a Nintendo Wii out of brand loyalty, who have been fans of the Nintendo ever since the early days of the 8-bit Nintendo console. But many people today who haven’t purchased a Nintendo product since the Super Nintendo are considering buying a Nintendo Wii.
