I will be writing articles in the future about ways to “find” the money to buy a PlayStation 3. I will also be writing articles when I find great deals on games, toys, etc. I will be writing creative ways to purchase things that are expensive and not really practical to buy right now when times are tough and money is tight.
I have three children ages 20 – 24. One important thing I learned (the hard way) is to be very careful when trying to save money. I bought a couple of gaming consoles on some online classified sites in order to save a few bucks. If these items are used, they may not come with any type of warranty. When you buy a PlayStation 3, for example, what is going to happen? Your child is going to play that night and day. It will get more use than almost anything in your household. Something is going to break on it. Usually, the motor will overheat. If you didn’t buy a PlayStation 3 with a warranty, no matter how much money you saved, it’s going to cost you more money now to replace it or have it fixed. It’s fine to buy a PlayStation 3 online, just make sure that it comes with some type of warranty. The best kind is for at least a year. The longer you can have a warranty, the better.
